The Calculus of Love

The Calculus of Love

On the right side of zero,
Is One,
The one you hate,
With whom, you do not relate,
The one you shut out,
Out, from your mind and heart.

I am the One,
On the right side of Love,
Resonating in Love,
As you dissonate in hatred,
With the pride of your craft,
And, the conceit of your heart.

I am the One,
On the wrong side of your evil,
Who suffers your expediency,
And squirms as you lie,
Who suffers rationalized tyranny,
And will continue to defy.

In a finite life, I am,
On the wrong side of privilege,
You fill my day with sorrow and strife,
You stifle my spirit and steal my joy,
You realize, there is nowhere to bank it,
Except, with the father of lies.

On the right side of eternity,
I am One,
Brimming with humility,
Bubbling with Love,
In the midst of the redeemed,
In the presence of God’s Mercy and Love.

Rising above the line that divides,
Good from Evil and Evil from Good,
Is the Infinite, Indivisible One,
The One who nullifies Evil,
And the derivatives of Greed, War, and Sorrow,
Integrating humanity, with Compassion, Mercy and Love .

Rising above this finite existence,
Is the Infinite One,
The perfect Holiness and Loving goodness,
Uniting in Love, and Merciful Grace,
Whose Love in perfect amplitude,
Harmonizes all into holy perfectitude.
