Poems from within The Potter’s Kiln

The Potter’s Kiln represents Life, as it refines and redefines us during the time we spend in it. While it constantly makes fiery demands on us. It also, determines how we live, love, and share this world with other souls, who just like us, share this common time frame in our earthly existence in their own crucibles.

As we are sublimated in the kilns to a purer faith, empathy, sympathy, love, justice, mercy and compassion. We are also being calcined by day to day events, some mundane, while others horrifying, like mankind’s cruelty to mankind, and still other kinder, loving acts that are like a soft, cool, refreshing breeze rustling through the trees, all these events bind our souls together as one human family.

The Poems liberated during this slow calcinations of the Self in my crucible while being fired in¬†Potter’s Lime Kilns, are a testimony to our common human experience, heritage and destiny.
